Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason.
To be eligible for return, the product must be intact, unused and complete with all accessories, manuals and original packaging. Returns of damaged, worn or missing products in the original box will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are always paid by the buyer.
Defective or Incorrect Products
In case the product you receive is defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
